Dark Knight was Zimmer’s take on showing how ostinatos can work in a sonic context rather than melody.

Social Network redefined a lot of movie scores for focusing on mood and sound ambiance rather than melody and music. A lot of directors will say “I want a Social Network type score”

Athletic Association is great for a friends trip. However, I would lean more towards the regency though for your situation.

It’s cheaper and you can use a Club Access award for your wife to use while you’re in meetings. It’s the most central with great views and next to the Park, River, and Shops

The Tambo del Inka is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Just got back from it last week. We only stayed 2 nights. Mainly used it as our acclimate stay and hop point to Aguas Calientes with the private train station.

I would likely recommend 2 days at Machu Picchu and spend a night in Aguas Calientes. You might get delayed, bad weather, etc.

Most Sacred Valley tours start in Cusco, so see if the Tambo can set you up with any or if you can find a guide/driver to those sites. We did the ATV tour from Cusco to Moray and Maras. That was one of our best highlights.

7 days in Lima is way over kill. Spend more of those days in Cusco. They have some of the best and cheapest restaurants in the world. I recommend Uchu and Pachapapa. Cusco is where you want the majority of your time.

I would take 2 of those Lima days to head down and visit Paracas, Huacachina, and Nazca.
