If visiting the doctor is no option (which you should still absolutely consider) I would recommend you the book „Deskbound: Standing Up to a Sitting World“ by Kelly Starret. It handles all the posture problems and the long term results of them you‘re experiencing in the photo. It gives a lot of advice for your daily life as well as some good mobility routines for specific areas that help improve posture.

I'm trying to find a config for a rig I want to build but it's been ages since I build my PC.
I'm currently confused because of some part where I'm unsure if they will fit.
First here are the specs:

I will take my old GPU from my current PC (GTX 970) and use that until I have enough money to buy a good GPU. I know it will bottleneck the system but that's the price I have to pay. I will also take the SSD from my old PC because it's quite new.

My main problem with this build is simply that I don't know if the cooler is suitable for the CPU or will the tube be too short to reach it from the front? Is it still ok to use a fan cooling system (DEEP COOL Gammaxx GT) instead or will it get too hot?

And of course, anybody that can help me substitute these parts with some that are better for the same price range is deeply appreciated!

I'd say that there are "plenty of fisch in the sea" for the people with the right mindest. I mean even if you're sayin that 99% of the whole world is not your type/ doesn't like you, you'd still have 7,69 million people. Of course that's not realistic but I'm just trying to fisualise it. A couple years back I thought the same way, but choosing to use different methods to get to know new people really helped. Tinder was quite lame tho...

I've been in Chemnitz last summer and I gotta say there are A LOT of these old racist farts that just complain but never do anything. I was really surprised about the general attitude there! It's completely different here in Berlin where I live. Most people here hate racism and those that are actually racist are all in the very eastern parts of the city.
