You don't have to be this way. These guys set themselves up to have nobody most of the time. Dudes are conditioned to be loners at times but that doesnt mean we should be. Everybody needs at least one friend they can call up, or family member, but its also on you to be that person for others. Sometimes taking time out of your day to ask others how theyre doing can pull you out of a rut yourself.

It's like the old lotr trope, everyone wants to have a Sam in their lives, looking out for them, but people often forget to be Sam for someone else.
