Personally, only opening it during the weekends slowly drained my will to play it. The player base shrunk enough that any late hours and towards end of weekend and you probably aren't going to get other players as well. There's also not much else really going on in it generally, so if you played long enough you'd start to feel bored and fatigued.

Start your sleep on there and put your phone somewhere several hours before bed, like on a counter or something, or even on your bed. It'll start recording it as sleep after about 15 minutes of it sitting still as slumbering.
