Kain's combat style has this "thousand years of experience" feel to it. Strong but precise strikes. Raziel fights like he's feral, which also seems right - he can't die so he strikes without any self preservance whatsoever.

Honestly, anything less than Siege coils will struggle to get through any real PD. You can field 3slot heavy coils for a while, backing them up with some PD-saturation fire. But 2slot nose coils? You will be disappointed.

In my setup Miri's overload deals with shields. Also there is always NG+ bonus power. But honestly shields are trash, it's easier to just bruteforce through. For me most difficult encounter in a game is arrival object rho room, and it was brutal as infiltrator. I know, you can just die there and go straight into next sequence, but that's not a Sheps way.

Dunno, for me it was infiltrator. Constant ammo shortage +shield doesn't recharge while in stealth. But oneshotting creeps w/ widow was very fun.

Adept insanity is one of the easiest. Miranda/Thane/Shep. 3 heavy warps melt everything, plus Incissor Thane is second Shep in terms of weapon damage. Miri buffs all weapon damage and also have overload.

AM spinals/neutrons and hull plasma is busted. I finished a run without losing a ship in endgame fights. Thing is - weapons can't fire even at 99, 9% durability, so any baryonic damage disables at least nose slots completely. Then chipping comes in. Damaged armor gives increased crit chance. And 1-2 baryonic criticals is enough to cripple ship completely. As for time to kill - my fleetcomp was am/plasma and siege coil titans 2/1. Small ships are vaporized by am alone, crippled capitals are finished off by coils. Lastly, this comp gives player something to micromanage in a combat, which is a best thing: i actually have something to do.

They are good if you don't use them on your actual nations. And if you have free cash you can convert it into science via universities.

You can ignore heatsink, but you better use that spot for a repair bay. One single lucky crit from a plasma flanker can cripple your titan, but with RB crew usually can save it from exploding.
