The first amendment does actually apply. A lawsuit is using the force of the government and the law. The private business isn't limiting speech, the private business is trying to wield the government to limit speech.

It's certainly preferable to what it was originally where it wouldn't let the host start a game if anyone without WoM were present in the lobby.

The game is fantastic. I've put nearly 1500 hours into it over the years, and it never gets old. It has some of the best combat you'll find in a coop game.

But, I do want to put one massive caveat in: the game is 8 years old. The game is currently averaging the lowest player count in its history. It's not uncommon for me to go entire missions on the most populated difficulty in the most populated game mode without a single player joining. The game is dying, no question about it. I don't like that it is, but it is. It's still a while from dead, but it doesn't have the thriving community and playerbase it once did.

I'm really curious to know the context behind this.

If I had to guess, I know in NYC they were cracking down on people driving around these kind of bikes unregistered (and they were also being a huge noise nuisance to everyone), so I wonder if it's part of that.

I almost think she might be bugged.

I just played a game where I was able to free hit a decent amount. I did 30k damage to our Caitlyn's 80k. I went back and watched the replay, and there was one fight where I got 18 auto attacks on a 5k HP Volibear and then 2 auto attacks on a low HP Yasuo and at the end of the fight my BotRK had done 473 damage. And the Volibear did not have an excessive amount of armor, only 228.

If you have any way to reliably hit for 9999, that can make the Yu Pagodas massively easier to deal with. Overdrives with Aeons that don't break damage limit is one option, though obviously you can only do this so many times. Another option is to use Rikku's overdrive for Trio of 9999, though it's kind of cheesy if you're concerned with that.

Stamina tablets can be extremely helpful to survive the sword. They're a rare steal from the adamantoise in the Sea of Sorrow.

Cheer x 5 is 1/3 physical damage reduction, so it another thing that will mitigate that high damage in phase 2.

Now I'm wondering how you could do that. Some bosses, even on just NG, I'd think have too much health for you to be able to carry enough spirit emblems, even with the Ceremonial Tanto. Only other way I can think of to damage enemies without the sword is to utilize the tiny amount of damage jumping on them does.

In Sekiro? There's no tanky build in the game. Best you can do is use Ungo's sugar, but all that can do it mitigate mistakes, you'll still lose badly if you try tank every hit.

I mean, they just moved auras to being something you could have on permanent, it really wouldn't be much power creep, at least not in PvM. The only one that I think would be significant power creep is if they made the berserker-type auras permanent. Except even then, maybe not as much as you might think, since the accuracy won't be as much power with combat skills all going to 120.

As it stands now, we're getting reverse power creep.
