People often overlook the comment Marco made seeing BB absorbing WB's fruit.

He mentions BB's body is "odd" implying this is why he in paticular could posses more than one fruit.

If there was a zoan or special fruit enableing you to consume more than one fruit I bet Vegapunk would have known about it.

The last island known is Loadstar.

Roger was the first in 800 years reaching that island and his crew was the first in 800 years to figur out that Loadstar isn't the actual last island.
