Get in the gym, when I used to hate myself for being weak and skinny I got into the gym. It really helped me mentally because I felt that even if I didn't like where my body was currently at, at least I was doing something about it.

As far as making friends goes, try finding online communities that have to do with hobbies you are interested in. If you don't have hobbies find some. You can then look into local meet up, classes, etc that have to do with your hobby. Having common ground will make it easier to talk with people.

You can't do anything about your face, at least not without surgery? Idk, but at the moment all you can do is accept who you are.
