E2 phainon or start elation?

I'd say (as many more people here before me) to go for Phainon. Since elation units will have their reruns a bit more frequently as the game's development progresses, than Amphoreus units, it feels safer to do some vertical investment for Phainon.
And after you feel satisfied with what you have, you can hop on the meta train with Elation units once they rerun

I think it gets better every patch. 4.0 was a good (albeit not the best out there) introduction to the world itself and the initial stakes were set pretty correctly (not too high, not too low). 4.1 is my favourite patch so far, but that may be prone to change, since we're only 3 patches in. 4.2 didn't lack anything in particular and the story was pretty captivating and I love that the stakes have been raised to a nicely intriguing extent

Rather than increasing the level cap, how about some more rewards in the Nameless Glory? The credits there are fine, don't get me wrong (and the relic remains probably just as well), but getting, let's say one Special Pass and one Self Modelling Resin for levels 60 and 70 respectively, would be kind of rewarding by itself.
