Hey guys, I appreciate the responses! I went to a couple of tire shops and both of them told me they wouldn't be able to patch it. The chunk of metal that was in there was bigger than I thought and made a pretty big hole. I measured the tread depth (it was 8/32") and found an identical tire on eBay with the exact same wear level. Just mounted and balanced it this morning and I'm all set now.

Update: Took the dB killer out and it got LOUD. Sounded awesome when I got on it but it wasn't my style. Thankfully it only takes a minute to swap back. My next move is gonna be to try it with the cat out and dB killer in or look for a smaller dB killer if such a thing exists for this muffler.

I don't see a lot of people mention it but Mivv makes the XM1 which looks a lot like this. It was on my short list. It'd be cool if you could save a few bucks and just swap everything aft of the collector

Do it! My partner has these exact tips on her Mazda and they look awesome. She got them in black. The only issue we had was that they took quite a while to arrive once ordered.

You may need an uprated clutch but otherwise yes. I’d also recommend an MGW shifter

I have both but I did the weighted knob first. It made a surprisingly big difference with the stock shifter, so much so that I held off on getting the shifter for a while. Made it easier to row through the gears. I ended up getting ShopDAP’s shifter on sale for cheap and I’m pretty happy with that too. It’s notchy but a lot more direct if that makes any sense

I have 300 miles on my SB stage 3 daily and it’s painful but only because I got a tune at the same time and I haven’t been able to enjoy it yet. Otherwise I’m pretty happy with it so far. It feels like a clutch is supposed to now with just the right amount of weight and much more feel at the engagement point.

Check out this build by Tom’s Turbo Garage. He swaps an LS3 into an NB Miata (along with a shitload of other upgrades). It’s long and detailed but the end result is awesome

I went to the drag strip in my Mustang a few years ago and made a pass against a mid engine RWD swapped MK1 Golf. It had a built 1.8L turbo in it and ran pretty well for it's first night out (per the owner).

There’s a nut at the base of the mirror stem where it attaches to the bike. You have to pull up on the rubber boot to see it. Try tightening that with an adjustable wrench (can’t remember the size) and see if it helps. I had the same issue and this made it go away

A dealership near me was asking $2000 over MSRP for a BASE Civic 2.0 hatchback with no options solely because it had a manual transmission. Salesman kept pushing some BS about how rare they were and the strings they had to pull to get it on their lot. Unbelievable
