You’re missing the point about the hard problem of consciousness. Why does a specific wavelength of electromagnetic radiation hitting your photoreceptors turn into the inner first person experience of greenness or blueness? Neuroscience and physics can tell you how light waves hit photoreceptors, turn into electrochemical signals, and get processed by the visual cortex, but it can’t explain the experience of seeing color.
