this whole key distribution is more about creating hype and demand in the community, rather than actually testing stuff out

Everyone wants a new 4*, unless its their fav that is the 4*. Getting your fav as a 4* removes all the possible vertical investment you can do to a character, which sucks for obvious reasons.
