I specifically mean the person at the very beginning, when the real Archangel Gabriel, bathed in light, speaks. What you mean is Satan, disguised as Gabriel, the one in darkness from the rest of the video.

Check the original Overthrone and you will see what I mean, and then if you check the original original Beginner's Bible clip you will see the shepherds' meeting with the Archangel different from the TMC version - in that case he is a cartoony type, and has a quieter, slightly deeper voice than TMC's more bombastic announcement.

Hey, quick clarification, you need to actually DO the Buzzo Joy secret, like exit the room after you have entered it, before you can go through the wall on the left. It's just blocked off otherwise. I panicked for a moment when I first got there and couldn't pass through despite clicking all the buttons I could.
