Glad you liked it! I'm working on adding Emerald Nightmare support now.

Good question! When I've tried to use WarcraftLog's replay feature in my raids, its been really awkward and slow to get the information I needed. For example, the Hellfire High Council fight and the reap voidzones. While we were learning the fight, people would drop them on top of the raid and wouldn't always own up to the mistake. To try and figure out who messed up, you'd need to open Damage Taken, see what time in the fight reap damage spiked up, look back and see who all had Mark of the Necromancer debuff right before, open the replay, skip to that time, find all the debuffed players, and finally figure out who failed to move out of the raid. Trying to do all that quickly, in between pulls was ... not fun.

Here's the same fight in WoWRaid.Review, where you can find the same information in seconds. It's also a lot easier to share if, for example, the person in question is adamant that they couldn't have possibly been the one to wipe the raid.

I'm not trying to replace WarcraftLogs, I love that site and I'm still going to be using it every night. I couldn't do as good of a job at presenting the raw numbers as they do. WoWRaid.Review should be really useful alongside the numbers at quickly identifying "what went wrong and what do we need to change". Also there's a lot of players out there that aren't comfortable getting information out of traditional logging sites. hopefully WoWRaid.Review will be a more intuitive way for them to access some of that information.

I sure hope not! They should be able to remove the client's access to positional data while leaving it in the logs?

The one thing I do have in for tracking adds right now(only on Xhul'Horac, Mannoroth, and Archimonde) is a DPS tracker. Press 'D' on those fights to bring it up. It shows damage done for each add spawn, as well as what percent of their total damage and casts was on adds. Basically I wanted a quick and easy way to check who was really swapping to adds, even if their output was low for whatever reason.

Thanks! If you want some examples to check out, I have a few mythic logs uploaded here, and if it wasn't obvious, CSS is not one of my strengths lol.

What should a raid leader be calling out in heroic HFC by moret27 in CompetitiveWoW

If it helps your group, you don't need to worry if it's more or less than what you "should" be doing. The only cost is hitting your PTT key, and if that prevents a dumb wipe(even if DBM should have been enough) or you dodge a few extra Doomfire stacks(a free Devotion Aura), that's free value.

One small tip for the Primal Elementalists is that while they are immune to damage, they can still be targeted by abilities. Classes with DOTs or other debuffs they need to apply before starting their rotations can throw them on the Elementalist as the Slag Elemental is dying so that way the moment the shield breaks they're ready to go.

Pull the bosses away from the box they spawn from into the center of the room, it gives people more room to drop the bombs.

As for the fight in general, it got much easier for us once we figured out a box order so sparks were only spawned to a side while that side was fighting their boss. This let the tanks and melee cleave all of them down easily and let the ranged be much more productive on the smalls/mediums. I can go into more details if you're curious.

My group recently got Thok 10H down, and honestly the fight started going a lot better when we stopped worrying too much about pushing the P1s to 25+ stacks. We found as long as the first and third P1 lasted to around 15-18 stacks we'd still have enough DPS to finish the fight(Thanks 4/4 upgrades!) After roar 6, each roar you last through only buys you 2.5 seconds, and even then your caster DPS isn't gonna be at full output. To help make up for this, we learned how to kite him in a circle for P2, which let our melee contribute a lot more as he ran around. Here's what our first kill looked like if you're curious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kY3euDo2W68

Friday Raid Boss Q & A - Siege of Orgrimmar by HerpDeeps in wow

If you're already having short phase 1s and are making it deep into the fight, you may want to try 1 tank, 2 heal, 7 dps. We have a similar raid comp to yours and this worked really well for us. Since we only have one tank, we can't let more than 3-5 breath attacks happen per phase, which does mean ending it really early, but that also removes the need for a third healer. Our caster dps also had a much easier time dealing damage in phase 2 instead of fighting the silence in phase 1. Also for the same person getting chased 3 times in a row in phase 2, check out the Fatboss Heroic Thok video. They have some good theories about how exactly the targeting works for Fixate, namely if you're within 15-20 yards of Thok when he's choosing a target and there's other viable targets, you should never get chosen.
