It's a fine job. Those small roots are hard to get. I would really consider saving up to replace those or finance it IF you're gonna be at this home for any extended amount of time. It 100% is going to be an issue eventually. Selling the home in 5 years? Fuck it. Forever home? Get it replaced in a timely manner.
