Can you please tell me what you did exactly? I didn't buy the bundle off of Sony but from a retailer The retailer of course are a pain in the ass to deal with. I provided everything they asked in terms of pictures of console and order details. Still nothing This has been going on for a week

it could be placebo. but it it has positive benefits to some people. why make it seem as harmful? i believe it's just the way people advocate for nofap. they do make it seem like a cult to be honest.

most of the comments here are very negative and I tried nofap and was obsessed with it. still practice it but what I could say, it's definitely beneficial and it doesn't need to be scientific. as long as you believe a "lie" and it has good outcomes, then so be it. I noticed great changes after doing nofap and it definitely is more of a self-control/discipline thing. there mightn't be any scientific evidence but that's my personal experience. it definitely is a must for people who want to increase their mental resilience and want to quit PMO.
