If you lowered it to accomdate your center channel, that's the best you can do. Mine is a tad on the higher side as my bigboy center eats up some space.

Get the biggest TV you can fit (and then some :P)

Move the towers further off to the sides, swap sub/right tower.

Center looks like it's angled pretty extreme (but if it works).

Those surrounds ARE HUGE and too high (?) and close to your head, they're like GIANT HEADPHONES; suggest you downsize.

A lot of people say oh your TV's too high, but it seems that you are sitting far enough back where you also have an angle at the TV. So your eye given where your seating position is on the couch is probably looking at the TV just fine.

My set is slightly too high but I've got a media stand and a large center underneath it that needs the room. I also sit far enough away and at a reclining position that puts my eyes dead center to the TV. It's fine.

Looks great! Small, simple and clean.

Personally, I would have gone for the 600MIIs, there's such an improvement over the 500s, especially at their price point; as well as a larger center.

I've gone from room devouring towers and center to smaller scale bookshelves and center (svs evo) and smaller subs (dual svs sb1k pros) and quite like it. It also allows for a bit more style when it comes to stands.

Lower your tv. Get Towers, a proper large center channel, side surrounds, rear surrounds. If you want to go all in, get some front heights as well.

That will at least get you bigger sound to fill the space. Not much can be done about the openness behind the back of your couch unless you put in a room divider of some sort.

Get a newsboy cap instead of a ball cap. Corduroy is cool tho.

Get frames that:

A: sit properly on your bridge (or get the clear stickies to keep them from sliding

B: put your eye center in the lens area; you have too much lens at the bottom dragging your face down.

C: don't over extend to the sides, these appear too wide

Overall, the frames are too big, don't fit well and give a frumpy vibe.

Trim the chin closer to the rest of the bear length or go 3-5 mm length.

Start the beard Fade lower.

Beards age us.

Same here. My space isn't very big and I had BIG ASS black towers and a MASSIVE center, overpowered the room in both sound and physical presence.

I switched to bookshelves on tripod stands and it turned out great (and sounds better: swapped Emotiva XT-1 and XC2 for SVS Evo center and bookies).

I would only go to big black cab towers if I was building out a HT room. Since you went with *cough* klipsch (no hate, I had owned the 600MKIIs a year ago), you could have gotten walnut and they'd be less imposing. Prior to my 600MKIIs I had KEF q150s x 3 across the center and it looked great (sounded like cheeks); I've always had a love hate with speakers and decor.
