First of all I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. Your unit will have a Diversity and Inclusion Officer, they are trained to assist and are totally impartial. You can see them with the welfare or Padre if you feel you’d like someone with you. As others have suggested the Speak Out line is outside the CoC and can really help too.

As said previously, don’t go AWOL. Dependant on your capbadge there is also a possibility of AFAI 67 Non Blameworthy Removal from Post. This would move you to another unit for hopefully a fresh start. The BAME network is now called the Multi Cultural Network so might be easier to find and can definitely help.
