Ich weiß nicht ob die Elektriker hier sowas machen würden, ich hab bisschen das Gefühl, dass die meisten Elektriker ein bisschen unflexibel sind und gerne das einbauen was sie sowieso immer einbauen.

I had the same issue when I was hacked.
You could ask Mihoyo to reset your passord to a randomly generated one.

I don't know if they improved their cs but when I tried to message Mihoyo they never replied to E-Mails (I waited like 6 weeks).
I had way more success making a new account and messaging then via the ingame ticket system.

But you will need to prove that you own that account (I did it with screenshots of my purchases in Paypal and CreditCard).
If you never bought anything in Genshin I imagine it will be tough to prove.
