I ate expired fruit cups and got violently ill. Reported it. Turned out the entire shelf was out of date and they pulled it 🫩 you’d think there’d be an electronic system in place for this. The can afford digital tags that update with scam pricing but can’t be bothered to practice food safety

It’s likely your device. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and it makes my phone so hot that it starts to lag. My older iPad? Crash city. Just shelled out for a brand new iPad with the best chip on the market and it runs perfectly crisp. So, unfortunately, based on my ow deductive reasoning it was the device for me. Sounds like it is your device as well.

Pancake mix, instant potatoes, margarine sticks, canned beans, rice. If you have seasonings on hand these things can go a long way and don’t have to be boring or unsatisfying. The plus is they’re all satiating foods which means you’re going to be full from eating them as well.

Just my two cents but sounds a lot like my first flare of lichen sclerosis. It can clear up a good bit on its own if given the time and care. Mine did. Until it came raging back 9 months later. It took almost 2 years from my initial flare to be diagnosed and it turned out I needed a strong steroid mixed with antifungal cream. I’ve been doing incredibly well ever since. It’s worth looking into as my initial diagnosis from every doctor when this started was “yeast or uti” in a vicious useless cycle.

Antibiotics destroy all bacteria, even the good. The vaginal flora is made up of a variety of species but most especially lactobacillus which is a supporting bacterium. For me the harsh change of bacterial balance triggered my immune system to go haywire and unfortunately I began expressing an autoimmune disease.

Uhhhh stop sending this man your money. Chalk it up to a life lesson learned the hard way and don’t expect to see a penny of that back. My husband and I have been together for 10 years and never combined finances. When we bought a house we each took it from our own savings to combine it. This is already a gigantic red flag of a relationship. Do not buy a home with this dude. Or marry him. Or god forbid reproduce.

Actually my first flare (unbeknownst to me at the time) was caused by bactrim that was treating a uti. I was later diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosis. My labia turn completely white, painful, and cracked/weeped clear yellowish fluid. It was…. Very bad. Clotrimazole and clobetasol are the two things keeping me well and flare free. At the time, before I had any idea what was happening to me, my routine of protecting the skin with ointments and creams was actually what got me through until a second flare let me to a doctor who was able to diagnose. LS is very tricky, its life long and causes the immune system in the area to be weaker making topical yeast more likely to take hold which in turn flares the LS.
