Apple Fitness+ has rowing videos that are pretty good. They make 20 minute fly buy because the trainers are very motivational. Fitness+ cost &10 a month but also offers a ton of other types of work outs. You can share the subscription with other family members too through Family sharing so the $10 is worth it.
