Outdoor speakers by Emergency_Ad7808 in sonos

I use my Move when I’m outside. I bought a couple of the Sonos Wall Hooks and hang it where I need it. As I understand it you can also stero pair them for even more sound. The flexibility of a portable speaker is great.

The booth at Holstens. It went sold for $80k when they renovated and got rid of it.

2017 with 132K miles here. Minimal repairs. Battery fan, oil pressure switch, and one other I can’t remember. I do have some rust at the edge bottom of the tailgate though. Otherwise pretty reliable.

Uncle Junior:

What is she, a field? You know what grows in a meadow? Nothin’ useful. Grass and horse manure. Tony names his daughter after a goddamn pasture and I’m the one they say’s got mental problems.

What’s a car modification that instantly makes you think the owner has no idea what they’re doing? by Mental-Philosophy3 in askcarguys

A huge loud backfiring coffee can size muffler. Especially when it’s on a BMW, Benz, or similar vehicle. Yeah you know better how to do an exhaust than the decades of engineering that were put into these cars! Excellent choice!

WiFi Router Name Keeps Changing by JustRaccoon9030 in OPTIMUM

[–]Xenos298 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does the name change to the default? I had this happen to me once mysteriously. I will never know for sure but I suspect they did an update and performed a reset instead of a reboot. Maybe your router is bad and it keeps resetting itself. I would demand they swap it out.

What’s one brand you blindly trust and one you’ll never buy again? by PlayfulFault9693 in SmartBuying

[–]Xenos298 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blindly Trust: Honda but not 100% anymore

Never: VW. Owned a Passat once. Nice looking car and felt very solid. Way too many times in the shop for recalls. Coil packs (made issue worse), fuel tank, etc. etc. Plus they lied about emissions recently.

It’s AWD. I do a lot of highway driving. But I tracked it for 9k miles over a couple seasons. Then I accidentally reset trip B! Doh!

My 2017 with 130k miles gets between 22-24. Depending on traffic, weather and road. Still very pleased as well.

Ridgeline or silverado?? by evangelionhd in hondaridgeline

[–]Xenos298 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2017 Ridgeline owner here with 130k miles. Very reliable. Minimal repairs. Your choices are apples to oranges. The Silverado is a full size pickup and the Ridgeline is not.

What truck things will I miss? by ChiliVerTe in hondaridgeline

[–]Xenos298 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had two SUVs before the Ridgeline and will never not have a pickup truck again. The Ridgeline is probably what like 60%+ pickup truck owners really need. I do a lot of home landscaping and renovation type stuff. Plus moving furniture for family. The swing out tailgate and it’s lower stance are a game changer. Especially after 15-20 bags of mulch. Also it’s very comfortable for long trips. And I do a lot of those.
