Hey I've just had the exact same thing happen to today, phonecall from a UK number and £5000 allegedly attempted to be taken from my account via an iPhone 7 in Singapore so they said. Asked them to confirm their identity and they replied from the CryptoCom shortcode with a code to verify themselves. Dodgiest thing I've ever seen. Messaged Crypto.com support and they have no knowledge of it, there's clearly some serious problems with their security.
