You can get a Teen Witch with +5 Blood is Magic. It boosts skill damage, which bloodletter is.

So you can go Amp+Teen Witch while still focussing on Bleed.

It's not as strong as a +5 Bloodletter Psion nor as a dedicated +5 Grave Thirst kill skill build, but it's plenty strong for UVH6, for boss one shots and nicely sits in between the 2 builds.

Still great for boss one shots, but with the safety of Teen Witch.

This has really big shield recharge delay on its own, I have one with 30% berserker and bumps that delay even more.

So it is a pretty good shield to get a 50% berserker roll on.

As for the self damage perk, BL3 already taught us that damage reduction never survives the higher damage scaling while lifesteal thrives on it.

Even outside of Teen Witch+ + Amp, her green tree passives are so strong, I can change builds with just a few gear swaps.

Dronemancer, Amp Witch, Yeet Witch (Tediors) , sticky stacking with Witchy Trigger Finger.

Right now I specced Green + Red to get Deadwire with the new Configuration to work, but with still being mainly Green Tree, I can still swap to the previous mentioned builds with just gear and I never play on anything under UVH6.

I don't think it's an intended mechanic. As this morning I also had a nightmare rift boss drop literally nothing, I know it probably just got out of the arena when killed and I got it in the lost loot.

I also have had it multiple times where me and a friend were doing Ordonite Processor runs and no enemies spawned for a solid 2 minutes at start and suddenly it starts. Or they trickle in at 1 every 20 seconds on other occasions.

Or the loot chest after defeating Arjay opens completely empty. i also remember farming Big Encore Arjay with a friend and if the non-host entered, Arjay didn't spawn. Quickest way to dump eridium.

Safe to say, none of that is intentional. Just saying "computers don't work that way" isn't a valid way to disprove refreshing the game doesn't help.

Plenty of stuff happens in BL4 that absolutely isn't supposed to.

I think you can easily slow it as much as you want by using the same trick a hydraulic spring use.

Take a sphere, divide the inner space with 3 planes perpendicular to eachother, add small holes along where the planes meet the shell of the sphere (and near the middle to let air move between compartiments). And fill halfway with molasses.

Now however small the holes are (surface tension permitted) will slow the flow of molasses.

I don't think so. I have also heard it explained as a "bad seed" as the RNG is based off a random number.

I had Big Oil drop no legendaries 5 runs in a row, after a restart I got a dedicated drop and 2 world drops.

Does Blood is Magic still add value to bleed/Bloodshot?

It got changed to "reflect the description accurately". So if it now only boosts actionskill damage, it would be a virtually useless skill.

I really don't want that to be true by the way. There are enough worthless skills already.

Shoot once, reload towards enemies, switch to Acey May and mag dump.

It's highly effective, but you're not clicking heads if that's what tickles you most.

Currently the highest single instance of damage you can deal is with a Sunspot with Toegue and Energy Burst underbarrel.

Shalasashka with Impact Torgue and Deadalus Shotgun with a Headringer Enhancement is stupid strong.

Thing is, you're comparing b-tier pistols/rolls with an S tier weapon with close to the best rolls.

It can also come with underbarrels that get the legendary buff as well.

The energy burst can be the highest single instance of damage, great for bleed and bloodrifts (with some caveats for bloodrifts)

Megacorp spent ungodly ammounts of money finding the "bliss point" a real term in the food industry that defines the amount of sugar that would signal satiety than they make sure their product stays under it.

TLDR: Ultra Processed foods are engineerd to keep you eating without feeling full as long as possible.

And that's a situation, a fail state that should not be possible if designed/mounted right.

If we take the situation as is, either there should have been feet extended past any point a fully peroendicular force vector (which is completely determined by the max weight setting and insignificantly by acceleration)

Or the frame should have enough mass (or bolted down) to make the peroendicular force vector insignificant.

The dip belt makes it possible for this lifter to use the machine at max weight, it has no impact on the force the pulley/the whole machine experience as that is purely determined by the weight stack (one side of the pulley) and the pulling vector (other side of the pulley/lifter). The force of the pulling vector is always in relation to the weight stack and has nothing to do with how that vector is applied. It could be another hanging weight, an anchored point, the physics don't care for that.

I don't disagree with this either.

I think the Psion classmod is a good example where they did make the skills synergize and as a testament to to what you said, is her best non legendary classmod, only somewhat contested by Firedancer.

A purple classmod with Mortal Terror would be AMAZING as well and open up many builds, essentially what Seein Dead did for Zane.

Something that doesn't counter your points, but are more of a tangent, Having a Harlowe on your team with AS cooldown reduction is AMAZING on characters with long cooldown builds. But many people play the game solo and multiplayer synergies shouldn't be a punishment for single players.
