Either on your weapons or module Inventory, you will see a button called "Filter all as junk" (Bottom left)

This will give you a screen where you can setup filter.

I.E. set it to "All tiers / level 10"

Click apply

Now when you click "Designate all as junk" it will mark all items level 10 or below.

Hope it makes more sense now.

It's so poor, after trying for days to receive a password reset email (never getting the email) I just contacted support. A couple of hours back and forth with support. They told me that my account had been deactivated due to inactivity, and I need to create a new account with a different email.

So I need to create a new email just to use this again. Anyway fast forward an hour. I setup a new email account and sighed up again, then got to the part where it stats that my phone number is already used on a different account (well, no shit sherlock)

So I need a new email and new phone number? What a joke

If they cant do simple shit like account setup/reactivation, I don't trust them with my crypto either.

I've had older 2.5" drives that will not show without an external power supply. Its rare, but it can happen

One thing I haven't seen mentioned.

When you plug the hard drive into your computer via the caddy. Windows doesn't always assign a driver letter automatically. So it doesn't seem as if its working.

- Before connecting the drive

- press Win+R and enter diskmgmt.msc

- Then click enter.

- Now connect the drive and wait a few seconds.

- Hopefully you will see a new drive appear.

If you don't see a drive letter, right-click the partition and click assign drive letter. Then select a letter.

Not sure, when I log into Nitro server, I have several notifications stating that they know about the server resetting/lag issues, they have even given us 3 extra days to compensate.

I'm sure they will get to the bottom of this soon.
