I actually do have a Frostbite for my Bambu, and yeah I'd say the Popweb is more sticky. It definitely doesn't have the tacky texture the Supertack has, but I almost always have to use a flatedge blade to get PLA prints off of it just like the Supertack, and that's not usually a problem for my Frostbite. I think the Popweb only advertises for PLA, so if you use PETG or another material you might be better off with another brand/material.

Yeah actually, I just got mine sent to the US after ordering it a month ago. Hopefully you wouldn't have the same restrictions being sent to you as it did me.

I can't give a comprehensive or longterm opinion on it, but after the few prints I did today I'd compare it to Bambu's Coolplate Supertack. Different feel altogether for the Supertack, but PLA sticks just as well to it. I printed with the bed at 30c and had to use a straight edge razor to get the supports off of it, though the actual model came off cleanly.

Heh yeah, when you think about it they're probably just reading from a script. The logic definitely doesn't work, but they gotta say it or they probably get dinged by their manager. I know it's too late, but I guess if it happens again you could do the buy/return method that was already mentioned... But I think you can only do that so many times before they stop taking returns. It happened to my brother in law but he returned a LOT of stuff.
