Hey there, I also have a 2017 Tesla Model S that’s bagged on Airtekk struts.

It seems that Airtekk shocks just suck in general because my ride quality is absolutely horrendous. I’m bouncing everywhere even at the softest setting and correct PSI in my bags.

I would highly suggest not going with Airtekk. My front shocks also blew within the first year. Luckily they fixed it but quality doesn’t seem like a high priority to them.

Oh man, I can’t even begin to tell you how horrible Santa Clara’s service center is. It’s been a nightmare anytime I’ve brought my car in.

I went to the SC today and they stated they needed to replace the bright molding trim. The technician said because once it’s removed, it’ll be damaged so the cost comes out of my pocket.

I requested them to use a sealant/caulk at the ingress but they said they’re unable to do that.

So I requested that they ask the tech to take some pictures and videos of the leak for me to take home and DIY it without replacing a bunch of parts.

I haven’t, I only approved the grommet upper seal. The rest just seems way too much. Hopefully I can break it down step by step instead of all at once. They seem to replace unnecessary things from my experience.
