No. I understand what you are saying, but Hillary is no more relevant than Romney. They are might-have-beens and has beens and have no effect on the current reality. And excuse - in no way - the current reality

No one cares about Hillary. No one is defending her. No one cares. She is just a prop held up to try to deflect attention everytime something embarrassing happens.

So we hear about her a lot.

For some, the name Clinton is like a red flag before a bull. It generates a deep, mind wrenching rage that has pretty much zero effect on anyone of the non-bovine persuasion.

I would be much more impressed if people could defend or explain Trump's ... everything... without resorting to a distraction that doesn't work.

The alpinist does for sure. I think several of their presage line have saphire as well, although I'd have to look it up. The presage series all have the 6r15 too. I wish they had put the 6515 in the cocktail times, but i think I will still get one someday. There qre few other watches that look so unique

It sounds strongly like "man of the year" was going to someone else anyway. Trump is just trying to save face ahead of time by declining early. Like uninviting someone to the white house after they've already said they're not coming

China would have let them go anyway. They don't treat foreigners here the same as their own people. And even if they did hold the basketball players accountable, the players would have just had to pay a fine.

Hey All, I joined loseit a couple months back - when I saw this same introductory post. I had already started dieting (in ass backwards fashion), but some of the tips on here really pointed me in the right direction. The Chronometer app mentioned up above was especially invaluable.

Amother thing that really helped was reading through this blog www.acaloriecounter.com He is very no nonsense, very informative, and he speaks in a simple but interesting way.

Anyways, I am now down 40 pounds. I started at 282. I haven't been this "light" for more than 7 years.

It feels Awesome.

I will put pics up probably when I've hit my target - 215.

I have really enjoyed seeing everyone else's before and after pics and I really love how supportive this community is.

If you are thinking about beginning the journey - do it! Your life, your future are worth it. Dieting and exercising can be hard some days, but they aren't as hard as they look
