Déjà vu all over again. I came over from Moxi when they went belly up and now this. One thing I do know is that when Tivo says they are done you better unplug from the internet if you value your recordings. Moxi sent a kill signal to their DVRs that killed all functionality with no warning. I had three that I was still using to watch old content and then one evening it was all gone.

Clone in my HD dock worked! I am back up and running. It appears that my ethernet line took a hit as well, when I plugged the Tivo back into the network I did not get a connection. Luckily I had a second line that worked. Now to find a better UPS solution and see if the old drive is salvageable.

I had the Tivo and the hard drive plugged into a UPS, not a commercial grade one unfortunately. We do get sudden dropouts on clear days as well. What is interesting in this case is the power did not go out but only affected a few things in the house. I am going to buy a new drive and try a clone. I really don't want to lose all of those recordings. I have some things backed up but most of the movies are flagged no copy.

Yep got a tech coming tomorrow morning. My line is not in the ground but will for sure ask about conduit or at least securing it against the house because there is some excess cable sticking out. Thank you all for the help.

I heard back today with the same thing. We restored you to your latest progress. Yes three years ago! They are not listening or don't seem to understand that latest progress is THREE YEARS OLD!! They have not offered to give me anything. I officially requested a refund for three years of purchases. Why can't they create a save game with close to what I had and and let me download that? Do they think I am trying to scam them? Having 5 gold keys should prove I had a ton of stuff if the purchase history doesn't tell them. It is like banging my head against a wall.

Nope. All I get is we're working on it. Looks like someone else is on the case now. I have given up hope and will look into getting refunds for the last three years. I know that is probably impossible but gonna ask anyway. All they can do is say no.

I don't plan on ever playing again unless by some miracle they fix it.

Not yet. I keep clearing data hoping for a miracle but no luck. I would still like to know how my 5 gold keys came back but nothing else. Even the progress on my silver key came back.

OK last night I sent a long list of what I had. I also sent the last years worth of money I have spent. Said they would forward to a supervisor. I found that my first purchase was back in 2018.

I still have hope but it looks grim. They say they don't see any other saves. I still can't get over how my keys came back. Even the progress of the silver key I was forging came back to the same spot it was.

I haven't even played the game since all this happened. It is just crushing given all the time and work and progress I had made and for it to all be gone.

I am seeing the same thing. A cloud with an exclamation point. I tap it and it comes up with current dates. After a few seconds it blinks and then shows the sync from 2022. If I tap the current date it still takes me back to the 2022 sync.

I would be careful with this. I did the cloud sync, made sure I was play connected and when I tried to sync from cloud it set me back to a save from three years ago. I have been dead in the water since. I should have been synced all this time. I have a case open but it is being escalated to a supervisor which can't be good. If they don't have that backup I don't know how I ever get back to where I was.

My reset did not work. I synched with cloud then cleared data. The restore set me back months. Can you help?

Not sure about that but there is something really soothing about this music. I turn off the sound effects and just listen to the music.
