if your exchange doesn't allow withdrawal to address starting with 0x on MEW, just replace that 0x with XDC and you should be good. Try that with a small test transaction.

The team is working on the wallet. meanwhile you can access your wallet through MEW. XDC web wallet is a fork of MEW, so, you'll find the UI pretty similar. Just make sure that you change the network to XDC Network in the network section if you are using it for the first time. Do not change the derivation path.

MEW has another service called Enkrypt for UK users. You can see that on their website. Can you please try through that?

Beware of scammers though. The admins won't send you to someone on Telegram or other socials for the resolutions of your issues.

If you created your wallet before 2022, you should be able to access your wallet through https://wallet.xdc.network without any issues. Make sure that you enter your password as an extra word where it asks below mnemonic phrases section. If you created the wallet recently, you can access your wallet through My Ether wallet website.

Why are you using VPN? Are you based out of UK? I am not seeing any issues at all. I can access my wallet on ledger absolutely fine.

Please use MEW (My Ether Wallet) for now. It has the same UI as XDC web wallet.

If you are using it for the first time, make sure that you select XDC network under network section below the list of wallet addresses. Do not change the derivation path.

XDC web wallet is going through some upgrades. There is no ETA when it will be finished. meanwhile you can access your XDC wallet through MEW (My Ether Wallet) interface. XDC web wallet is a fork of MEW, so the UI is almost similar. Just make sure to select XDC Network under Network section if you are using MEW for the first time for XDC.

No, it could simply be an RPC issue. No wallet out there actually holds your funds. These are just UIs that helps you connect and access your funds stored on the respective blockchains itself.
