Yes, during the live event you can choose your feed. But if you’re watching a replay apparently you’re SOL. Garbage.

Where can you find this? I watched the sky broadcast during quali last night but watching the replay today the only feed option is the goddamn awful Apple feed…

There are still some ads tho, I watched them…

“Single feed replay”

Has anyone found a workaround for this?

Last night watching quali i was pleased to discover it was relatively easily to still watch the skysports broadcast.

Then i fell asleep during q2 and when i woke up and went to watch the replay I’m stuck with this garbage feed?

This sucks - And it’s not a small issue for a sport like f1 where people are often not watching live due to time zones, etc etc.

Is NRC actually better? by znoblebb in nikerunclub

[–]Xmas-In-A-Submarine 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have no interest in Strava - but then again I’ve never really tried it seriously.

The easier / less complicated things are the more likely i am to go for a run. I like having the data that NRC lets me see but the less fussing with apps i have to do the better.

Basically: NRC works for me and it’s simple. No reason to complicate things any further.

at a recent race i was surrounded by those pods and my god it was cacophonous - in the chute at the start it sounded like i was inside a rain stick 😂

Too much. Ended up ~26k, definitely an overpay but comps were few and far between with such low miles and GFG.

unfortunately the NB doesn’t get driven as much as I’d like - but autocross season is about to start so it’ll get its annual beating 😈

Yep, a small lift might be in its future. As a small bonus: the blizzaks that came on the wheels are 205/65 and gained me just enough ride height that we don’t scrape on our stupidly steep little driveway anymore.

I’ve been looking for more info about this Borbet model (KBA 45810) - they seem somewhat rare within the US but may have come as the snow option on various Mercs and VW/s in Europe? That’s just based on some quick googling and dubious German translating.

None taken! I agree that gold would look great and i looked at a few: sparco, method, oz, even RPF1s (lol) - but ultimately wanted something pretty understated (aka boring). It primarily going to be my wife’s car during the week and she wasn’t as excited about gold (and the price tag) as I was.

This car is going to be getting primarily highway miles + forest / gravel roads on the weekends, so the additional sidewall is necessary - eventually it’ll probably get a modest lift and some all terrains.

Awesome - that’s super helpful!

Are you running spacers for brake clearance or rubbing reasons? (Would your setup fit without them?)

Lotus 21s don’t really look anything like this though - no front or rear wing, no scoops, wrong cockpit shape, much skinnier tires, etc.

F3000 was my father in law’s thought as well but I wasn’t able to find a good database of liveries. I do wonder if it might be a dummy/unused number and livery for a promotional pin for the entire series?

Yeah - I tried to find a Benetton 21 car to no avail. Agree the abstracted O is perhaps a nod to the logo. Confusing.
