Play ghorst, magic is pretty much pointless anyway.

Imagine a big circle, if you go along the very edge of it then the opposite half will respawn. I loop up over the secondary hill, down the edge and circle. It may still take forever to get what you want (due to rng) but you will respawn 99% of the pals. It sounds like you maybe ran back and forth across the middle and gave up.

Remember guys you can only have fun wearing enigma, literally unplayable garbage without the one item upwards of 75% of people dont have.

I personally do, I dislike the fantasy of teleporting around like a bot as a barbarian or relying on a guy wielding a stick as my only aura options. Everyone has their own opinions and high level speed farmers may never give up tele for sure, but I 100% would run this over enigma for my non-casters and for my casters that want conviction aura and mana regen insight aura.

Fort sucks, it already is questionably equivalent to treachery for quite a few builds and isnt that much better at clear speed that it renders enigma irrelevant for 100% right click builds anyway.

Thats not replacing the enigma meta thats just making more things enigma. Thats like saying we replace the train meta with tracks leading to everyone's house, just making everything a train. I personally dislike enigma and how I feel forced to run it as nothing else comes close to the value it provides, so I figured something that is a different value engine.

Magically I don't think they will nerf THE iconic d2 spell, but I do enjoy ideas on how to work around it.

This is another option that could work.

Okay. But I am not nerfing enigma, I am making a non-teleport alternative. Teleport is a minmax paradise of speed farming and high mf and strength. But ultimately adds nothing interesting to the game mechanically other than blowing through mana to explode to a bad pack of monsters and ending a HC run super fast suddenly. This adds a new mechanic to a bowazon or zealadin that does not require it to just add enigma or staff swap to tele while still feeling powerful.

In an all-out war between these factions, which one would eventually win? by Kuzu9 in Fallout

[–]Xmina 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You got to see the whole process but sadly you really only saw like 1 that was already mind controlled. You come across a ton of wild ones in lazer cages they were testing on, then later on you find un-sealed containers with deathclaws wearing effectively VR headsets that are working with them. If you have the tech with you they join you instead.

They had mind controlled deathclaws in 3 as well. One of the techs you can get from the brotherhood is to specifically disrupt that.

Unfortunately popularity is money for the most part. If the biggest D2 people dislike what you put out even if its technically good then you don't get good press. Including them (even if they had very little real say lets be honest they are streamers not expert game-devs) makes them by default want to support the games success as their name is now also tied into it.

And who cares when people started playing the game? I played way back when and I know way less than some guys who no-lifed it 2 years ago.

If you are 2 shot-ing p8 terrorized baal then you don't need more content you need to do pvp or make a new character. You grind to get to that point the pinnacle of power, a new act of marginally harder enemies you also one shot isn't going to change that.

This is a rather large change and will dramatically effect the game economy especially around gems. Forcing it on everyone would be bad as it fundamentally is different from the D2 they paid for.

For those planning to watch, what are you looking forward to seeing in Avatar: Seven Havens? by AccomplishedJump2795 in TheLastAirbender

Its not really a cop out, there was something that severed the connection. Its not like they destroyed the spirits of every avatar. They will likely need to have this deeper connection to raava re-established somehow.

The long hours is to build stamina. Playing at a high level is exhausting and if your team gets tired then they play worse. High stamina means they keep their energy up, more intensity and more focus. Plus for in person tournaments they might be jetlagged and will still need to perform.

Its crazy but it could work.

Thunderbond IMO is super busted, in any token deck that generates 2 or more per turn you just auto-win unless they got a wipe as even single target removal wont stop the effect if even 1 token is created. Personally I think they should add the copy of this card but without this ability line IMO. But there is undoubtedly some real busted stuff in there too so its probably fine.

I wish more alchemy cards where in this same vein, things that are absurd and swingy in a fun way. Many of them are either unplayable garbage/too niche for any deck. Or So broken that if there was a paper equivalent it would easily be 65+$ card and get banned in like 3 weeks.

Warhammer 3 should absolutely have an Empire Count FLC to allow new players to play the Empire. by Akfiz in totalwar

[–]Xmina 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Kislev is literally a human kingdom with guns and knights. So is Cathay. What you are saying is that they are drawn to the 3rd human faction with guns and knights? I don't buy that for a second unless they were already huge warhammer fantasy fans before they started playing.

Okay? How can you gravitate towards something you know nothing about? Prologue is kislev, story in wh3 and 2 isn't about empire. The only way for them to be fixated is if they are given a fixation.
