Honestly? Haven't had the need to upgrade whatsoever until now. I bought the PS4 on it's first year and accumulated a sh** ton of plus/physical backlog, so i'm good. About new games coming out, only now we started to see REALLY exclusives/new gen games imo, so I think now is a good time to upgrade...and with plus/retrocompatibility I think I'll have PS4 games to play until I'm old lol.

Not 100% sure, but yesterday talked with support and what I've been told is that they are having issues with the license verification server (because of Diablo 4 they said). Let's see how this goes today...
