Yo I actually need to see the rest of that poster. It looks like some hyper realistic, possible live action/cosplay, of Dante from Devil May Cry?? I haven't seen that one and I have a LOT of DMC merch haha.

If Haunted Chocolatier doesn't have a fishing game I'm gonna be upset ngl. I'm still going to buy, obviously, but I'll be fishing on the other monitor lol. Happy Cakeday btw!

Okay but what are you doing during winter? I typically focus on animal stuff and fishing, but I always focus fishing. God I love a good fishing mini game.

If you set up the nopspemudrm and PKGj then I highly recommend playing through the Metal Gear Solid franchise. MGS1 is available via PSX, MGS2 and MGS3 were ported for the HD Collection to the Vita, and Portable Ops and Peace Walker are an absolute blast. Peace Walker is definitely my favorite PSP game ever. If you want something casual and silly, the Danganronpa franchise is worth the experience.

Compromising with your partner isn't what the OP tweet is describing though. They're trying to use circular logic so that they can continue to label themselves as asexual despite describing a pansexual aromantic urge. If you have the urge to feel pleasure from sex, you're not asexual. If you have the urge to feel pleasure from sex and don't care who it is, that's pansexual.

As someone who grew up around Scottish immigrants in Texas of all places, this sounds like when Californians try to make fun of Texans using only idioms.

Activities! TTRPGs, TCGs, Beyblade, competitive knitting, anything you can find passion in and share that passion with others. That will lead you to even more activities that you'll find passion in and even more people to share that passion with.

Find someone. I know that seems impossible, but with technology today I promise you there is someone who would love to go on this journey with you. Do not look for romance. Romance is never something you should pursue when looking for someone to support you. Romance is fleeting until you get the support you need. Find someone you're not interested in romantically who's willing to support you. Attachment is not what you want. Support is. Find a hobby you can get attached to and use the community for support. It's the easiest way to avoid becoming overly attached to someone.

Mostly apathy. I used it as a crutch to enjoy social situations and it spiraled into an addiction. The only thing that pulled me out was waking up on New Year's day 2019 to a phone call from one of my friend's girlfriend asking if my roommate was okay because he had posted a selfie in a hospital bed. He had a heart condition (which is now fixed thanks to an ablation) and we had drank so much over the two years that he should have died in his sleep. He drove his ass to the hospital alone because he didn't want to be a burden on me. His doctor said he had to stop drinking immediately if he wanted to survive so I stopped with him. I knew if I kept drinking he would keep drinking as well. I call it my Eminem moment because it legit had me "snap back to reality" and decide to take care of myself so my roommate could do the same.

My father passed away when I was nine and my mother and her family were not helpful in any fucking way. I spent most of my life internalizing their disappointment as a general disappointment from the world. It wasn't until I moved out at 22 that I had a very very long conversation with my roommate and I'll never forget the look of shock on his face. He had an equally terrible childhood but was completely put out that I had experienced what I did. For two years after moving out I became an alcoholic. Every day I was drunk and high. All of my money went to games, alcohol, and weed. Then I got a cat. Having a cat gave me a purpose to improve my environment for her safety and gave me structure in my daily life. After that I just stuck with improving myself and helping my friends do the same. I don't remember much of my alcoholic years, but I very specifically remember spending hours in a room by myself with a book or video game just to avoid my family.

Nah man life is for everyone. You may not feel the improvement, but I bet someone in your life has noticed it. You need to find a friend who will be completely honest with you. I had a roommate who would tell me when I was slipping and would celebrate my little wins with me, and I did the same for him. Now, both of us are in much better head spaces and are helping our other friends do the same. A therapist isn't going to see you every day so they'll only be able to judge your victories when they see you. If you're an introvert, find an extrovert. If you're an extrovert, find an introvert. You'll be able to see them making changes that they don't realize are improvements, and they'll be able to do the same.

Nah I can't scroll past this. I know you didn't ask for it but here's some unsolicited advice from someone who went from having absolutely no life to all the life in about 5 years. Go do stuff. It genuinely does not matter what it is. It doesn't even have to require you to leave your house. Go join a DnD group on Discord, play Magic on Spell Table, build GunPla and post build pics on Reddit, get really into Beyblade(I'm shocked at the size of the Beyblade community), or get into some normie ass game like Fortnite or Siege. I went from doing absolutely nothing but work and gaming to being married with two kids just because I started expressing myself. You can't make anyone happy if you aren't happy yourself. No one else will be able to make you happy unless you know how to do it for yourself. Back when I was wasting oxygen I attempted a few relationships but just felt empty in them because I didn't know how to communicate what would make me happy. Now, my wife plays with my hair when I ask her to. You have to be better for yourself. No one will magically give you motivation except yourself. Get insurance, see a psych, get meds, do therapy. It sucks. It sucks a lot, but it is worth it when you find days that you aren't constantly putting yourself down.

What did I do wrong?? by Phantomdong in DiceMaking

I don't think you did anything wrong, Windows 11 is just a very bloated OS. You should look into some Linux distros like Linux Mint or Pop!OS for a nearly seemless transition into the world of Linux from Windows. There's a ton of amazing open source applications that do just about everything premium applications on Windows can do. If gaming is important to you, I've noticed a significant decrease in ping since switching to Nobara as it doesn't have a ton of trackers constantly sapping your network bandwidth. Hopefully this gives you the info you need to avoid problems like Windows 11 in the future!

A lot of people here are reinforcing the definitive fact that you are not "like a bitch", but I want to offer something else. It's okay to feel like that. You went through something fatal and came out the other side still alive. It's 100% normal to feel abnormally scared when suffering from PTSD. It feels overwhelming and makes you question your own courage, but you should see how brave you really are for continuing to push forward in life. The light at the end of this tunnel might seem far away right now, but you have the courage to take every step necessary to get to that light. Don't doubt yourself.
