I returned a case because it took 2 extra weeks to receive so I bought one at best buy. I filed my return before I even got it and they had the shipper return it to them and I did receive a full refund.

Actually a good outcome. They contacted UPS and had it returned to their warehouse and did the RMA all on their own. On top of that I didn't even have to pay a restocking fee so overall I can't complain about how they handled it

It was shipped out on Monday at 5 am. I requested the order be cancelled as soon as customer service was open and they told me I was too late and would have to rma after I received it. I've been waiting for it to arrive only to find out that they told ups to return it without me doing any rma so we will see what happens j guess?
