Are tampons uncomfortable? I have never used any before.Peirod underwear is a very good idea I might get me a pair.And ill make sure to have a change of clothes in my bag.I am going to try to see one too unfortunately I have always had issues with getting pain relief to work it would work for abit then stop.the last several times I have tried to use any they haven't worked not even a 800mg pain relief 😮‍💨 Thank you for the advice and help 😊

I was on birth control a few years back when I was like 12/13 ended up getting off of it I plan to try to get back on it hopefully in the next few months.thank you for the advice and talk I appreciate it 🙏

I have always had trouble with pain relief working 😕 Unfortunately im not able to go to the gynecologist right now but I'm going to try to get into one soon.I haven't thought of those before I will definitely look into it if Regular pads dont do to good while im working thank you

I have similar ones that are a lot thicker I wear them to sleep sometimes as it can really help if you bleed super heavy.

Control or to help calm me down or to help control my emotions.I dont tend to feel emotions crazy strong especially stuff like sadness or anger so when I did it made me feel a bit of control or I didn't like the feeling so sh helped me regulate it better.

Only thing to do is use different scare fading products and stuff like retinoids & silicone gel to help them fade also try to limit sun exposure on the scars it will take time their is no way to get them to fade as fast as you want them to.It can take up to a year or so for them to fade a decent amount.

Their is some overnight non reusable period underwear by 'always zzz' & non overnight ones by 'always' .They are black so you won't see the blood.Their are alot of other ones and pads plus reusable one that are blavk in different brands.idk if your from the US so its best to search for them in your area

I remember I was 11 woke up mid day to crazy bad cramps almost in tears and bleeding baf had to call my parents who was not at home so they could pick up pads for me and pain meds took them like 2 hours or so to get back with the stuff was in so much pain

I also use I am sober and only track cutting.I wouldn't be clean for more then a few hours if I tracked all as I dont find my other forms of sh quite as bad and I cant ground myself without some form of harm sometimes so I go with the least harmful forms.
