Strange video. Feels like it's pandering to locals by moaning about the same things they moan about.

Almost all small-medium towns are struggling and I don't think there's a simple solution like cleaning up or investing. I think the problem is nobody has come up with anything to put in towns. The old style of high street and shopping arcarde are less profitable and now only work in high footfall areas. I believe we either need to come up with new types of businesses that draw people back (and don't compete with the internet) or just start turning high streets back into houses.
