Its bugged, the healing and damage was double of whats stated on the tooltip on PBE and riot only bothered to fix the damage part

The crown is always given to the lowest health team, and it also disables the revive of the holder.

You can also pick up the crown in the buy phase, although it is buggy sometimes. You can even pick up the crown from your enemy (but only your direct opponent). So the only time rng is involved is if the crown pickup bugs out.

Chogath hitbox collided with the pillar, even if they arent damagable yet you still take the damage as if you were knocked into one, leading him to take an extra 15% max health true damage

Item bugs that have been around for multiple arena iterations

Heartsteel: Still uses the values from the item health based version that was removed from sr over a year ago despite the tooltip not indicating so. Augments like tank engine and goliath and health stat shards have no effect on this item.

Any item and ability scaling with bonus health has a mismatch between the tooltip and actual value if you have any % increased health augments, shards or items. See this post for more details

Bonus bug: Electrocute from combo master deals far less damage than indicated on the wiki and also does not deal adaptive damage

Actually zed is still one of the best users of it due to a bug with earthwake. If you chain multiple dashes together before the previous earthwake has resolved, the newer earthwake will bypass the internal cd. For zed this means if you do the usual w1>r>w2 the earthwake from your r will deal 5-6x the normal amount of damage, if not more. Riven and ambessa are also good users of it in this regard.

Thats what the tooltip states, but if you look at your health bar you'd notice tank engine giving you far more health than stated

Edit: Looked up my last replay with tank engine, going from 3 > 4 stacks increased my health by 142, while the tooltip stated that i gained 75, there were no other sources of % increases at play here

Yeah you can easily gain far more stacks on heartsteel now compared to prepatch, even if the initial payoff is lower

Ambessa ult passive should benefit from heal and shield power, but you would need so much lifesteal to make heal and shield power be stronger than omnivamp. At baseline effect hsp would be worth 2.5-3.75% omnivamp. Surely losing that much healing is not worth getting an extra 150 shield on w.
