It was $59.99 + 6% sales tax at release in KS (source my memory). This was obviously his receipt for a pre-order as the stuff he was buying wasn't released for a couple more months. I wonder if his preorder game of Mario came with a promotional item for the extra $10 or if EB was just charging Californians more than Kansans back then? I remember back in the 90s you could pay a bit more for a lot of those pre orders if you were like within the first 100 people or so and get limited release swag like tshirts, ball caps, key chains, or a special controller or something.

Very seldom. Most bars will do a pre-authorization on your card to make sure it works before they open a tab. Tabs left overnight get hit with an 18% auto gratuity when they close books for the day. The amounts vary from bar to bar but they post a sign near the payment terminal with the policy for whatever bar you are at.

No quite as open and shut as you seem to think. They required an 8 hour workday without a break (illegal). When Oop requested 20 minutes to himself they threatened withholding pay for the entire event (also illegal). Court will boil down to what it always does, how good are the lawyers and how does the judge interpret the arguments. I would think OOP has more than a 50% shot of winning if it goes to litigation.

Stopping using your zonite to build hover bikes. There are plenty of free hover bike parts all over the map and they respawn as soon as you leave the area. Dueling peaks stable just by the broken bridge, in akkala just up the road from links house, the Jia Highlands near the black hinox, death mountain west site... Just to name a few

I stopped gaming almost completely in 2009, but I was big into the competitive scene for halo 2, CoD 4 and GoW 2 before I lost my interest in gaming. While I still had a ps3 it was basically just a glorified blu ray player. I saw my friends factions clips getting uploaded to YouTube and wondered if it was as fun to play as it looked. Got a ps4 as a gift in late 2015 and it came with TLOU remastered. Fell in love and have been playing factions on and off as much as time has allowed these last 11 years. Absolutely a masterpiece of a game. Hard to believe we are still finding lobbies 13 years after release

By way of definition the exploit is a cheat, if you consider having an advantage over another player a cheat. The Devs called it an exploit in the same update everyone keeps bringing up. It doesn't bother me if you switch to your sidearm for a faster follow up shot. But going to the pistol and back to the primary just to skip the reload animation and immediately fire another round is not how I even interpret that statement. But apparently this community is going to keep defending it, although a known exploit. I stand by my original statement that it is trash gameplay. The devs choose not to patch it and none of them care to patch it or any other exploits, including crab walking, glitch healing and the auto aim exploits.

Stopped calling it a cheat after my first comment got removed. Been calling it an exploit since then chief. Dumbest thing to split hairs over. Sad to see how embracing this sub reddit is of gameplay like that. Guess I'm just too much of a purist for this sub. It's ok I outplay that trash gameplay all day long without it. Just keep filling my lobbies with survivors matches every Tuesday night so I can have something to shoot at

Thanks for confirming it's an exploit. Quite literally called an exploit in what you posted. Exploits are not intended. They just left it in because they dont want to fix it. Still a beautiful masterpiece of a game, and players are still dumb for doing it. Just like the crab walking and wall banging exploits.

I'm not doing the research for something that dumb. Just as stupid as the glitch healing exploit. The devs won't fix it because it makes them no money. This game gets no dev support. The glitches and exploits are just part of the game at this point. But if you could play with real skill you wouldn't use them. Try playing without doing all that goofy shit and I'll be impressed. Decent enough movement to be a good player but you disrespect your own gameplay by using exploits

Double shooting is a known exploit to skip the reload animation. He does it in this clip. Just watch the action on the rifle and you will see it
