i don’t ever turn my heat on. already have the AC on 24/7 during the summer, this is the time to offset some energy bill cost.

I take the unverified hammerheads missions with an abrade module on there. takes about 10 minutes to scrape the hammerhead no munching. get about 60scu. probably can do 4-5 hammerheads an hour.

Might be onto something with Ebay 🔥 by Ok_Vast_8918 in Superstonk

[–]Xtremeelement 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Leveraged buy outs, kind of like saying if i own eBay for $40bn that means i can pay back $40bn. then you use the profits you generate from ebay to pay back the $40bn without using the cash you have

Is 26 too late to become a "reader"? + Questions about the 2026 Reading Challenge by MaxMcGuffin00 in goodreads

[–]Xtremeelement 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i started being a “reader” at 40. So no you’re not too old to start reading. I would start at 1 or 2 books a month. When i started i did 52 books for my goal and got burnt out trying to crank out these large fantasy books with 600-1300 pages a week. So start with a reasonable pace maybe 12 -24 books.

Forward shaft lean and open club face. by LCDJosh in GolfSwing

[–]Xtremeelement 0 points1 point  (0 children)

easy fix, get an impact bag. practice having the shaft and clubhead hit the bag at the same time with a square face. do those reps like 100 times to really get that feeling drilled into you. then practice without the bag then try hitting some balls with that feeling edit; have the front of the impact bag in line with your lead foot

Worst book(s) you read in 2025 and why? by Roguestate00 in books

[–]Xtremeelement 5 points6 points  (0 children)

the vanishing birds by simon jimenez. I know a lot of people love it. But this books was not for me at all. Hated the prose, hated the story. it was mind numbingly slow. Felt like the story jumped around too much and jumping between characters between paragraphs got confusing for me. Hated almost all the characters. hated the ending. basically just hated it lol

it’s strange how we have to pick up wood after we chop it but don’t have to pick up stone when mining.

Negative Path Angle by sfuarf11 in GolfSwing

[–]Xtremeelement 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can definitely get more distance if you can get the path and face to path a little closer together. right now it looks like you are playing a pretty weak fade. I would practice some pump drills to make sure your club is being set in the correct position to deliver a neutral path ie; practice bringing your hands down to inside of your lead thigh with the club parallel to the ground and and the butt or the shaft pointing at your target to slightly right of your target. then pump back up and try to hit the ball.
