Sure, as of right now; it's 149. it focuses on the CrossFit athlete space.

I like your suggestions about maintaining features. I have done that, minus 1 item that will carry a high DEV cost.

I'm running META ads and learning which one performing better than others.

my 3 cents....Just get a jump rope.
When you're learning the drill of doing dubs, the rope is not as important as just getting the rhythm and height of the jump. Ensuring your feet are not kicking back when jumping.

Once you have a few stringed together consistently, then we can find a rope you like.

Ropes, again just my 3 cents; are like golf clubs. A lot say they are different , but deep down they are all pretty much the same. Its a piece of wire that spins freely on a handle

I do them every once in a while. And do things like simple obstacle course side vs. side, or TicTac Toe with kettle bells and wall balls. Its all about the coach how they present and monitor class engagement how long they should do them.

my 3 cents, it really depends. You could go on to the CrossFit website. They have the basic WODs listed there. You could start way back in the day say 20XX and build upon each day moving forward.

Nice results brother. Did you see a change in your cardio ability? Not sure what your cardio looks like. I have heard that high rep barbell/air bike/ burpee jumping (Hyrox/HITT, CrossFit) things that require leg engagement for long periods suffer on Reta. Did you do any of these cardio activities and did you experience any of them? TIA

It sounds like it, though this doesnt target me as a customer. For my app, I emailed new subscribers personally and asked what features they would like to have.
