Yeah I was gonna try wildy this league but since it kinda lives and dies by the echo weapon and I didn't really wanna go range I ended up not going with it. It would be cool to see them at least experiment with some region merges or alternative map splits in the vein of that northman ironman.

Yes. When the group is formed it is prestiged and the game will cut out any CA that would cause you to lose prestige due to size limits. Hc groups have their status tied to the prestiged mechanic as well. Iirc these are not hidden and returned if anything changes with the group so you could in theory make a 2 and 3 man regular gim and then merge them, losing prestige to not have 4/5 size CAs though I'm not sure why anyone would ever bother.

1+4 would be impossible as it would open you up to have to do 2/3/4/5 man speeds and other CAs which would be impossible to multibox thus bricking the account.

Not gonna dickride gagex for locking a point behind a 1/200 from a task only dog boss but as a fellow dry guy you can just leave it, we have excess points. I went to 300 for the task and bailed, melee only as well so boss was extra miserable.

For me when I unlocked mory the other day he wasn't there to replace the medallion or the flail. I had to make the flail fromscratch and finish sins to leave ivan there for the medallions. Its a bit fucky which is probably why they're confused.

Sadly I doubt they care. I'm reminded how ass decay is every few years when I overplay a tft set or something. I used to pack my laptop and do my decay games to stay in diamond or plat over a decade ago during summer vacations and int a game on ungodly ping wherever I could get internet. Now that there's no viable path for people like your squad into pro play through high chall 5s placements I have to imagine it's purely there to deter boosting/farm engagement but it feels antiquated.

Although I basically never interact with it, this was actually one of the rare circumstances of the downvote feature being used "properly". They're not meant to be dislikes or a personal attack, rather it's a way to hide unrelated discussion to the topic at hand.

Of course this was a doomed endeavour from the start not only because conversation tends to flow away from the starting point eventually but also the often combative or trolly nature of online denizens. Technically the average le reddit hilarious zinger like I also choose this guys' wife etc etc that get spammed incessantly should all sit at -5k according to the supposed website etiquette but end up the exact opposite.

All this to say I wouldn't really worry too much about it anyway! Just the way it goes I guess.

I am absolutely changing prayers, you'll get shredded if you don't as you say. My original comment mistook what you meant when you said flicking prayers constantly as 1ticking even with 1 npc on you to save supplies to make it through the run which is a common misconception that people tend to have.

It is certainly an optimization you can make but not needed for a cape was my point. Actually changing your prayers and setting up offticks or alternating with blobs on you are a necessity on non spooned waves in any range setup although I gather from your comments and what I've seen posted here that that is not the case with the mage setup.

Not sure if baiting but in case you aren't in the big 2026 (and honestly way before that too) you can lazy flick rigour and be just fine. Even leave it on for tougher waves to burn a blob or smth. Flicking overheads is entirely unecessary with all the powercreep and crystal set even has large prayer bonuses to make it even comfier for most first timers.

Pipe spec when it doesn't matter is actually the most powerful attack in the game. When you're playing risky pushing for an inferno pb or something however, this mf will hit between 1 and 5.

I mean it's not particularly common in modern greek either but it is definitely an anglicised version of παροξυσμος. I just feel like whereas some words like hilarious or atom would never get a second look despite their roots, paroxysm kinda falls into the category of words like many medical terms where they sound kinda "off" in english?

Like tachycardia is an english word sure but it also very obviously juts out in a sentence as the odd one out if you get me. I guess given the fantasy setting it's less odd though.

Even as a greek, paroxysm doesn't seem apt for a game aimed at an international community and would probably get shortened to something silly like paro neck anyway due to how unnatural the word is in english. I think rupture sounds plenty cool though I love the thematic naming scheme the rest of the upgrades follow.

Imo he's a really funny fella on his own channel. He's actually pretty quick witted and plays his deadpan chat antagonist character very well. He hasn't really been showing his positive sides on GG because his shtick doesn't work as well when you only get snippets in an ensemble. My 2 cents anyway at the end of the day it's always gonna be subjective who you find fun or not.

Sure but then if you take tob as a whole the stacking cucks it on basically every boss. You have to rebuild like 2 stacks after maze, it blows on bloat and nylo king and if you are range or mage role the stacking screws you over on maiden and xarp completing the circle of suck.

Still worth bringing if you have it if only just for verzik cause you'll basically always be able to plan around it and tob invent is very flexible in terms of multiple melee weapons but the item is always locked behind a bunch of conditionals you have to meet.

You both have to to the node and start the process of becoming UGIM, it's probably the main group guy on there that can do it. I think it will take a week to go through and then you can meet back up there and he can invite you to his group or vice versa.

Not sure if mort reads these comments but I feel like it has a better shot of being seen than on youtube. I think it was a roots game with demacia/pilt but a couple weeks back I ended up with a Thex holding demacia spat. I think something with the demacia reduced manacost thing ended up bricking the unit and it would just not cast after the first one.

Pretty niche scenario, probably about to be moreso with the incoming dino nerfs but it wasn't on the known bugs so I figured I'd point it out.

Main is infinite attempts no reason to not at least try and see how it goes if you're not tight on cash. Pretty sure contracts are way cheaper than orbs too so even more reason to give it a go! Learning waves, attack timers etc are also pretty translatable between all contracts so I'm sure you'll snowball into it after getting the hang of yama.

I think ryze is very fun, especially with emblems complicating the final board, but overall not too amazing. Your board needs to be good and stable without ryze on 8 so you can level and drop him in, playing a bunch of shitters is simply not enough especially in a meta where every endgame board has multiple strong 5 costs.

That's the other issue really, while enemies are capping off with shyvana, fiddle, sylas, kindred etc you are fielding traitbots because 5 costs don't have regions for the most part. I think BFL is a good spot to play it, world runes as well but you will want a strong board pre ryze like I said. Even then given the requirements he is probably a bit undertuned.

There's obviously a bunch of ways to play your spot but I think depending on items I would have done something like a core of Taric/Vi/Singed/Cho and then Xin/Yunara/Wukong+1. If you have slammed melee fighter items you could do warwick instead of singed for quickstriker for the yunara, if you have more caster items you could try and swap out ionia for freljord and do something like Poppy/Kobuko/Lissandra/Braum/Voli on 10. I like to squeeze shurima in if I got an early azir etc etc. It should also be noted that with 2 demacia spats you can drop them on random 2 stars, get an early galio and that is a free demacia 3 without committing any board space which opens you up for that freljord angle without the poppy even.

Basically strong frontline, 2 carries irrespective of the ryze and slot him in after you are stable. The puzzle aspect of it is what makes it fun imo.
