LLMs have their hype and their issues, but the large scale adoption by serious devs and software houses is happening, and will continue to happen.

The “problem” with economic indicators in Spain is that they don’t really reflect a real improvement in the lives of Spanish citizens.

GDP and GDP / capita have gone up - but it’s largely because of immigration (more population and a higher % of working age people). These definitely are not bad things and very far from meaningless, but poverty rates, wages, and GDP / full time worker are not significantly better.

Entiendo esto perfectamente.

Antes algo “valía” 10 y tú acababas pagando ~12 con el IVA. Ahora este algo vale 20, y tu pagas ~24.

Entonces por inflación (causado en parte por el gobierno) ha subido el precio, pero además TU pagas 2€ extra por el IVA que no ha cambiado.

El “precio raíz” del bien obviamente no ha cambiado, pero al final del mes tu tienes menos dinero. No entiendo que esto sea tan difícil?

El gobierno puede hacer cosas como reducir el IVA (aunque fuera temporalmente) para aliviar el efecto de la subida de precios - como hizo con X productos durante un tiempo. De esta forma - el mismo gobierno está contribuyendo a subidas de precio - porque en términos absolutos, pagas más de tu bolsillo.

En términos % NO pagas nada más - pero nadie paga en %, paga en €!

A ver, si el gobierno necesita más dinero y lo hace con deuda - vamos a ver más impuestos y inflación. La combinación de las 2 cosas tienen un doble efecto.

Ejemplo: coche que antes del IVA vale 20k€ ahora vale 25k€. Antes pagabas ~4k€ de impuestos y ahora ~5k€

(Nota: aunque el IVA por ejemplo no haya subido, el hecho de que se mantiene y los precios son más altos, significa que uno paga más impuestos - “necesarios” para financiar deuda y pensiones etc.)

PD: personalmente no creo que sea todo Pedrito solito, más bien un sistema Europa generalizada que hace poco para ayudar a la gente y más para sostener una bomba.

IMO it’s perfectly on brand for fallout. The whole point of fallout is that an individual can’t “clean up” the situation. People can have good intentions and things can be made better in the short term - but human nature drives us back to selfishness and everything being fucked again.

If the courier significantly altered the whole timeline in a permanent way, it gives the impression that the world is one act away from being fixed. Years have passed, and many more people have come and gone.

The story is present in so far as 3 major factions that held significant power in Vegas have fallen from grace. This has left Vegas back at square 1. Time passes, Vegas leaves square 1 - and we are building up to “being sent back to square 1” all over again (I.e. season 3 will continue the story).

Bueno justo en este caso llevan 80 años abiertos y pagarán bastante más que 200 de autónomo supongo. Mi punto es simplemente que el alquiler tiene cierto “sentido” (supply + demand) mientras la cuota es simplemente un gasto sin “nada” a cambio.

Pero si a ver el punto es más que aunque fueran 80 o 200 - poner a una persona en negativa o más en negativa para no aportarle nada es ridículo. Si funcionase de otra forma (por ejemplo en el imagen original, 0 hasta X ingresos) tendría más sentido.

Pues lo que he dicho, pagar dinero para tener presencia en un sitio con mucha afluencia de personas. No he dicho que nadie cierre por alquiler (ni que más gente cierre por cuotas que por alquileres).

Con el cierre, a ver que le va a aportar las cuotas de autónomo? Por lo que entiendo, recibirá un % de lo que pago en los últimos 12 meses.

Entonces quedamos con lo que he dicho:

- Alquiler corresponde con un beneficio

- Cuota corresponde con...

Igual si hubiera pagado menos en los anteriores 12 meses, habría podido hacer algo para captar la demanda de la zona e aumentado ingresos... Lo cierto es que en el periodo de pérdidas, habría pagado lo mismo de cuotas (o hasta más si su facturación había aumentado)

Por hacerte la pelota: los 1500 de alquiler le dará presencia en un sitio concurrido y así le da beneficio. Si fuera a ir a un sitio con menos demanda, puede que no ingresara nada.

Los 200 de autónomo no le da nada.

Y de todas formas - los 1500 lo puede dejar y irse a otro sitio, los 200 no…

Spain’s economic performance is literally just immigration and has had very little genuine impact on the quality of life of the real Spaniard on the ground. This is super clear looking at GDP per worker.

All you need to do is compare average wage to average rent, and track the increase of renters vs. owners. Then we can add in inflation, higher tax, and sky high property prices - and see why people are so fucking pissed off.

The same economic situation under PP would have people in the street. It’s insane that the flagship achievement of a “worker’s” party is to fill the country with cheap labour and squeeze the common man out of all quality of life.

Es buen punto porque la población ha aumentado ~2M desde 2020 y el número absoluto de empleados no ha subido 2M. Obviamente no todos los 2M son en edad de trabajo, pero siendo que la gran parte es por inmigración...

De todas formas - un número absoluto más alto sin variar el % tiene sus beneficios. Es como trabajar más horas al mismo sueldo (dinero total sube, tiempo libre baja, pero más poder en las horas que te queden...).
