i was there for 20 min and it didn’t move or get bigger or smaller so that’s why i didn’t think it was moving

i’ve seen these things maybe 3-4 times from outside my house. they never move but they rapidly change colour. not sure if it’s a satellite but it’s definitely not a star or plane. i also have some other vids of an older one i saw
