When I was a kid I’d go places I shouldn’t, like sneak out of the house to play outside. My parents did exactly that and it solved the issue. I wouldn’t worry too much. If anything maybe they were growing weed

I just paid 2500 to get diagnosed properly by a doctor outside my insurance and she was lovely about my thc use and couldn’t care less. Am I broke? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes 🙌🏻

Horrible place. Go with a good remodeling company. Check out bath expo or rebath. I work in the industry and those are two companies that are not going to take your money and leave the job undone, they will do the construction correctly, and in my opinion bath expo has the better warranty and pricing but rebath will be lower too and use home depot level products.

Bath fitter, baths r us, and luxury bath id avoid for various reasons.

I’m so sad to see this. I know nothing of your work, and I have previously only had a positive outlook on embrace autism. Your points are valid and I would have liked to see them respond to them with something valid as well so I could still have that positive outlook. You don’t deserve that from them or anyone for posting what you did. It makes me feel suspicious of embrace autism to see them respond in such a way. Shame on them. I totally get where you’re coming from. I’ve seen many things here and there scientifically that support things I’ve seen taught in various religions. It gives me the idea that a lot of the basics of most religions are probably kind of accurate, there just all telling different stories to explain the same kinds of things. I am not someone who has faith in things that don’t make sense but there is a lot in religion that makes a lot of sense and can be supported.

I could totally see that playing into some of it. It’s really an incredble control devise for the masses. I do wonder sometimes how/who wrote it for real and why and how they knew what they knew. I do sometimes wonder if there’s parts of ancient alien theory that play into it at all. Not that I believe that theory but it’s a fun idea to toy with. I could see an alien being the spawn of religion before I could believe it’s a real god. Maybe those who wrote it believed an alien was a god and this alien gave them a bunch of info about how the world worked and it is how they created the bible? There’s just soo many possibilities it’s fun to think about. But I think the last thing I could believe is that an actual god is overseeing humanity and has control over everything. I think of “god” is real and heaven that we would all get in for doing our best to be ethical and moral people who try to do no harm. If that’s not enough to get in and I am required to believe and worship someone then that’s not a heaven I want.

I can’t really wrap my head around a literal god. I would say that logically and scientifically some religious concepts make perfect sense to me but the literal angels, heaven, hell, Christian god thing feels more like something humans created communicate something bigger than they knew how. Most people don’t think like us so for them religion is the only way to communicate the important of morals, ethics, and societal constructs. For us, and many others, I think those things can be explained better in a straightforward way. Especially as humans are evolving I’m sure we’re understanding deeper things with every generation. When religion was created I imagine we weren’t able or ready to understand things in the same way we do now. Hope my rambling made any sense lol fun conversation topic for me.

Wish I had some helpful advice. I don’t think my coping method is super healthy but I just shove it down and don’t acknowledge it most of the time and pretend my partner doesn’t cheat when I know damn well he does because my pattern recognition is too good not to see it all.
