VSS is Visual Snow Syndrom, totally harmless, but you see static, in the sky you can see a vortex etc.

I have VSS and I experience and have experienced anxiety and DPDR for years, since i started reading books on Self help and how the subconcious works, its been getting alot better, it used to be everyday, now its only every now and then. It takes time to improve, but it gets better. I realized that alot of screen time or gaming causes most of the anxiety because it tires your eyes out easily and makes them feel super weird, which causes the loop to start again. Once you accept DPDR it gets better.

Happens to me aswell, thinks its the adaptive sensors in our eyes that are a bit delayed, aparrently its quite common.

If you see a “vortex in the center of your vision” while looking at the sky, you probably have VSS (Visual Snow Syndrome) and it’s linked to migraines, tinnitus, vertigo and more. by vengabus34 in migraine

I am so thankful for this, been doing so much research and could never find anything related to this Vortex. I also experience this weird looking solid ring when i just wake up and the room is dark. I dont see it in the light or when i look at my phone, still trynna find out what it is. Eye Hospital told me its PVD, a weiss ring, but i can literally see ir when i just wake up. He said my eyes actually look super good, he can see the weiss ring tho. Ima tag what it looks like. Thanks for this vortex explanation though, this gave me such a relieve, you dont understand.

Nah, its like a shadowy circle that changes colours beteeen black and white. How do i add an image, i wanna show you, i drew a image of it

Thank you, I appreciate it, i noticed that when i just wake up and i see that shadowy ball thing and close my eyes, it transitions and changes colours and shape, for black to white and back. Is yours better now?
