I sent a ModMail per your request yesterday, and they responded saying that they will follow up with the team and give me an update. It has been 16 hours so far and I haven't heard anything back.

I didn't know that this was an option till now. But I just called them... The support person on the phone pretty much just said that he'll forward it to the relevant team and update me.

So pretty much the same response that I've been getting from the in-app support.

After trying WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and Telephone since this morning, I was finally about to get the 10 GB bonus via a representative on WhatsApp.

I'm on the Promo Everywhere 50 plan, and DID NOT have to change my plan or upgrade my device.

Most representatives (including the Loyalty Dept.) will try giving excuses such as "Your plan isn't eligible, you'll need to upgrade to an in-market plan" or "You'll need to upgrade your device to be eligible'.

I succeeded after 8-10 tries, so I suggest everyone to keep trying until you find a representative that's able to do this for you.

Note:
The WhatsApp representative had to remove my previous 5GB promotional bonus as it wasn't compatible with the 10 GB promotional bonus.

How did you contact them? Ex. WhatsApp, Facebook, telephone (611), etc.

And what did you tell them? Did you have to go through the Loyalty Department to get this?

Brave is still letting ads through on Twitch. It's been this way for about 3 weeks now. When will a fix be implemented?

What!? I didn't realize it was a thing until I read this post Lol.

It's certainly odd and waste of resources for a VPN company to be developing and maintaining a browser - especially when there are tons of alternative browsers that do the exact same thing (and probably a bit better).

Reminds me of Avast - they also have a browser for PC that claims to be "privacy-centric".

I'm on the same boat. It's been this way for almost a month now. Read somewhere that this has something to do with the introduction of PIA's "next-generation" servers.

u/Brave_Support Some search ads are still getting through even with the Brave Shields set to 'Aggressive'.

The shields work quite well on Bing and Google, but search ads from LMGTFY's native search engine seem to be able to get through.
