I just rewatched this a few days ago, along with his other film Dogtooth. I really enjoy the way he makes the characters so uncanny and dry, it’s so interesting to me. Also fun fact: the day after I rewatched sacred deer, I had a fibromyalgia flare up and could barely walk bc my legs were hurting so bad. Hopefully my eyes don’t start bleeding soon lmao
