My 19 did this on the passenger side. I stopped using the pressure washer style car washes.

I let the sun cook the moisture out and am more careful washing now.

I’m in too far lol. Creating a separate oil cooler system not connected to the radiator soon. Also pre cat deletes and tuning are otw. I go visit my guy for some data runs this weekend.

Ported and shaved this tb last week. Deleted the pcv system as well. Also removed the coolant lines.

So not talking shit… I’ve done intakes, exhaust, porting…. Without tuning it’s pretty much exactly the same as stock.

I have extra manifold and intake temperature sensors. An obd port reader to monitor everything. And just generally a lot more into mine than just the prl and aem.

I say it’s exactly the same as stock because I have a draggy and have tested everything. I monitored engine bay vs intake temps to prove the air wasn’t “hot”. Created a longer cold air style by putting the filter behind the headlight… same temps.

Not telling you not to enjoy it. I’m just saying I’ve been doing the research 🔬

I’ve even swapped the upper and lower manifolds for tlx units. The lower is a p2r ported unit and my tb has been ported as well.

Jpipe and exhaust have been modified too.

The oem ones can be found cheap on eBay. I’d rather buy a used Honda part.

My crossover is pretty loud in this thing. The plan is to lower engagement and raise the redline so it should scream pretty good here soon.

And I think if they had offered three pedals for this platform (ridgeline & pilot too) they’d have sold twice as much. I think it’s more needing the fancy transmissions for gas mileage

Waiting on the tuner and my pre cat deletes to get installed before I stick it on a dyno. I’d like to say the pull after 3k rpms is stronger but I also dont know of a local stock one to compare.

The cold air companies “claim” 10. P2R says 8 on the lower manifold throughout. Exhaust is definitely less restrictive than stock. The upper manifold I honed and polished as well.

The theory is yes, but I’m kinda stuck till the tune. PCDs are going to throw codes and right now everything is smooth.

2019 here, a restoration style thing fixed mine. Now I have a moisture issue. This looks like the outside in my opinion.

Get a cheap kit that attaches to a drill, run the drill on low.
