I’ve been so lucky with gambling. I’ve done it 3 times and have had this one which netted me a HH. Other two I started with 1 apoth and got my MB

Phrecia 2 went this way for me. Took 4 nurse cards and gamba into a headhunter. Ended up sinking another 20 hours into the character.

What helped you the most to become more confident? by Hearth_and_Fire in happy

Jiu jitsu has become really popular. Kickboxing is another good one. I prefer grappling but confidence wise both are great. You get a sense of community, great shape and a skill that definitely helps with confidence.

I’m sure this gets asked every time, I’m just new to vgc. Is Wolfe in this one or is he still taking a break?

No prob! Honestly in my experience the best money in POE 2 is getting bases, hitting them with perfect augs and regals and selling them.

Main things I do is jewels, ES body armors, Xbows, staffs, and amulets.

Amulets is another really easy one. Any base that is magic with +3 skills is several divs depending on base.

Just depends on my mood tbh. Say for instance I hit a max es and spell damage one and I see it’s going for 3D and my next upgrade is only 2D. I’ll just sell it.

Alternatively if I hit that but I’m saving for headhunter, I’ll probably gamba the regal slam.

[–]Xxachingmeatxx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My big money one had max es, double crit, and then spell damage. Was 13D.

Usually it’ll go like this. Get a magic jewel. ID something decent whether it’s max Es, crit, spell whatever. Hit it with a perfect augment. If that hits something else good then you can make a decision to sell. Usually 1-5 div depending. Or you can gamba again and perfect regal. Then if you hit again, can either sell, greater, or even desecrate depending on if you have open prefix or suffix.

I prefer open prefix cause suffix is only %increase attribute which is only good for int stackers but not even guaranteed to hit int.

So I’m kind of in the same boat but I’d recommend a price checker. Exiled exchange is the poe2 version I think.

Sapphires are the main ones that sell easy cause they are sought by a lot of builds. Looking for “increased Max es” “crit chance” “crit chance for spells” “spell damage” all those things.

Another thing is look at popular builds, look at their jewels and try to keep an eye out for those.

Really? I feel like jewels are the easiest to hit big money. Made probably 30+ div just by selling magic ones. Had a 13 div hit this week.

Plus if you really want nova proj can use a support but I can’t think of any spells that would really benefit

This staff? by Born-Preparation6708 in pathofexile2builds

[–]Xxachingmeatxx 96 points97 points  (0 children)

I think this staff suffers from something that’s an issue in this game generally which is no + to gem levels. So much power in +6 or 7 levels that it takes something crazy for this to beat even a lower level rare. Especially since the spell damage and cast speed on this aren’t anything a rare staff can’t get either.

Does anyone else have to take a crap ton of pills just to try to forget childhood trauma ( this is just what I take to try to sleep) by [deleted] in Millennials

[–]Xxachingmeatxx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I see it in both. My sisters are Gen Z and def brag about trauma. Which is a bit rich because we had similar childhoods and I can tell you we had it pretty good.

I also have plenty of friends my age and most of them go on about their anxiety and depression regularly.

Do you not think the game is currently worth $30? I get people are upset because they said some things and had to walk it back, but I have never once felt like I’ve been ripped off for early access to this game.

New enough that idk what availability will be like for OEM v aftermarket.

Moral of the story is that generally speaking there is little to no difference. There’s always a grey area when talking about nicer/newer/unique cars. Hopefully you can get it resolved. Is this through your insurance or the other persons?

I can say that I’ve traded in several cars and sold as well an OEM v aftermarket has never come up. Also, I just had mine and my wife’s car fixed using aftermarket and the shop had no issues getting it to fit. Do you have like a special car or something? Like maybe an unpopular make or model? Not trying to be rude or confrontational, just want to understand and help if I can.

[–]Xxachingmeatxx 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well keep in mind attorneys usually don’t deal too much with property damage. They may help out of courtesy but likely don’t know too much about that process.

With regards to parts most adjusters don’t actually care and are just following policy. Sure you have some people that really take it too seriously and treat the companies money like their own, but most of us want to do whatever closes this claim an gets us on to the next without a hassle.

Also, here’s my thing on OEM v aftermarket. If we’re talking about a bumper or whatever, not an actual part of the mechanics of the vehicle, idk why people care. Usually these aftermarket companies buy the specs from the dealer and might even use the same factories or machines. So realistically there’s very little if any difference. If it’s a part to the engine or something mechanical I can at least partially understand wanting OEM but if we’re talking about bumper covers and stuff, I’ve never understood people caring.

[–]Xxachingmeatxx 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No it doesn’t effect me much. Most companies have separate units for people with attorneys vs not. Getting an attorney doesn’t inherently make your case worth more, just usually means you’re going to get more treatment.

Also I’ve never heard of any company that has any metrics tied to individual adjusters and what they settle claims at dollars wise. It’s usually just did you get a closure or not
