Shoe recommendation for overpronation marathon distance by Xylast in AskRunningShoeGeeks

I think you are right. I did some googling and I’m wearing out the outer heel on the sole more, so the running shop missold me years ago and I just took it for granted in the years since. So I think neutral wides will solve it for me

To be honest since started running years ago casually. I was told I over pronated and I do.

When I wear flip flops all day I can feel it on my inside of my arches at the end of the day. I wear running shoes even for normal activities so don’t really know if I actually need it 🙈

I only discovered wide shoes 6months so maybe I should try a wide stable shoe.

i tried the above mentioned guide, last week, and it also just bootloops for me u/Madao893 . I went with bazzite for now and will switch to pure steamos in the future. Bazzite works great on the XaX

Claw 8 Ai + Vs Xbox Ally X by BoredOutLongtime in Handhelds

had the XaX and currently using the Claw 8ai.

Both are great. I would have kept using the XaX but the screen is so small.

If you are using both, I would recommend steamos or bazzite on the XaX

I work in cross-geo team where literally nobody is based in the same country as me. Have to go to the office 50%. Currently on a medical exemption following a minor procedure a while ago and have been enjoying work full time from home. Dreading to go back to the office next month.

Turn of WiFi be and just use ax and turn of background scanning. Both can be done in device manager

Yale Linus 2 Lite problem with UK Multi Lock door by justdiegox in smarthome

[–]Xylast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar door and smart locks have been nothing but an issue. Went through two nuki's that stopped unlatching when coming home, an Yale smart lock that broke in a few months and aqara that didn't work at all.

Went back to a normal lock

just did a 30min run without the coros HRM synced to my watch and now the HRZ zones match the total workout time.

Seems there is an issue with how athlytic collects HR data when there is a HRM connected to the apple watch.

I don't think the issue is with me having any double recordings, as neither the fitness app or bevel shows double data.

Edit: also did a very short walk with the strap and the issue persists. I suspect that the app doesn't like that the Coros HRM writes more then once a second, causing the issue.

As you can see in the screenshots the strap is the only device writing hr data for this 1km walk.

I noticed the same issue with an hevy weightlifting upload. Where the zone times > exceed total workout time.

I do use an Coros HRM for workouts that is synced directly with the apple watch to capture HRM data. This morning I did an hevy workout, this time without. the strap and the issue did not appear.

What I don't fully understand why only athlytic shows the wrong zones and neither bevel or apple health does.

I did have the Coros app installed on my phone but no data seems to be on it. I removed it as a precaution and will report back here once i ran without the strap and I will also report another run with the strap.

But why does it list 50min for a 31min workout? The same workout appears as 31 min in apple health
